Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if the drawback claims filed by the petitioner are directed to be considered, by the respondent, in respect of the Shipping Bill Nos.3266778, dated 18.04.2011 and 6184134, dated 10.11.2011, and to pass appropriate orders thereon, within a specified period. 3. In view of the limited relief prayed for by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, this Court finds it appropriate to direct the respondent to consider the drawback claims filed by the petitioner, in respect of theShipping Bill Nos.3266778, dated 18.04.2011 and 6184134, dated 10.11.2011, within a period of 3 months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if no orders had already been passed, by the respondent, till date, in respect of the drawback claims said to have been made by the petitioner. 4. The writ petition is ordered accordingly. No costs.
