Judgment Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if the second respondent is directed to issue the necessary clarifications, as per the request made by the petitioner, on 18.05.2012, within a specified period. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, the second respondent is directed to issue the necessary clarifications as requested by the petitioner, by its communication, dated 18.05.2012, within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
