Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petitions, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that the containers in question would be de-stuffed, within a period of two months from today. After, the containers are de-stuffed, it would be open to the petitioner to remove the empty containers from the premises of the first respondent, as prayed for by the petitioner in the present Writ Petitions. She had further submitted that with regard to the payment of ground rent by the petitioner, in respect of the containers in question, it would be open to the petitioner to make a separate claim and it would be considered by the first respondent and appropriate orders would be passed. 3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, the respondents are directed to de-stuff the containers in question, within a period of two months from today to enable the petitioner to remove the empty containers. It is also made clear that it would be open to the petitioner to make a separate claim, with regard to the payment of ground rent, in respect of the said containers. On such claim being made, it is for the first respondent, to consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, as per law, as expeditiously as possible. These Writ Petitions are ordered accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
