body2012
Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned. 2. The main contention of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is that the respondent had passed the impugned orders, dated 24.10.2011, in W.P.No.27501 of 2012, and 8.8.2012, in W.P.No.27502 of 2012, without giving an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner. 3. The said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had not been refuted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 4. In view of the said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the impugned orders of the respondent, dated 24.10.2011, and 8.8.2012, are set aside. It is made clear that it would be open to the petitioner to file its objections, if any, to the notice, dated 25.8.2011, issued by the respondent, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such objections being filed, the respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks thereafter, after giving an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner. The writ petitions are ordered accordingly. No costs. Connected M.P.Nos.1, 1 and 2 of 2012 are closed.
