Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondent. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent had submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to file its objections, if any, to the revision notice, dated 09.07.2012, issued by the respondent in respect of the Assessment Year 2008-2009, within a time stipulated by this Court. A copy of the assessment order relating to the Assessment Year 2008-2009, dated 02.11.2011, as well as a copy of the notice, dated 07.11.2011, issued by the respondent had been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. In view of the above, the impugned order of the respondent, dated 26.07.2012, is set aside and the petitioner is permitted to submit its objections to the notice, dated 09.07.2012, issued by the respondent, relating to the assessment year 2008-2009, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy. On receipt of such objections to be filed by the petitioner, the respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. These writ petitions are ordered accordingly. No costs.
