Order 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if the respondent is directed to pass orders on the Rectification Petition, dated 10.08.2012, relating to the assessment year 2006-2007, on merits and in accordance with law, by considering the documents to be filed by the petitioner, in support of its claims and by giving the petitioner an opportunity of hearing. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court. 4. In view of the above, the respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the Rectification Petition, filed by the petitioner, on 10.08.2012, in respect of the assessment year 2006-2007, on merits and in accordance with law, considering the documents to be filed by the petitioner, in support of its claims and by giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible. The respondent shall not initiate recovery proceedings against the petitioner, pursuant to the assessment order, dated 12.01.2012, until final orders are passed by the respondent, as directed by this Court, by this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. W.P.No.27931 of 2012 In view of the order passed by this Court, in W.P.No.27931 of 2012, since no further order are necessary, this writ petition stands closed.
