Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if the time granted by the first respondent, by his order, dated 10.09.2012, to make necessary payment, may be extended for a further period of four weeks. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is granted further time of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for complying with the directions issued by the first respondent, by his letter, dated 10.09.2012. The writ petition is ordered accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
