ORDER 1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if the first respondent is directed to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 26.9.2012, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period. 3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents has no objection for this Court passing such an order. 4. In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation, dated 26.9.2012, filed by the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, this Court, by this order, has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. The petitioner shall furnish a copy of the representation, dated 26.9.2012, to the first respondent, along with a copy of this order. The writ petition is ordered accordingly. No costs.
