ORDER When the matter came up before me, I could see that this Revision is focussed as against the order dated 27.07.2011 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Tirunelveli. 2. I would like to refer to the decisions of this Court in (i) Air Canada v. Arpee Garments , reported in AIR 2010 Mad.201. (ii) ICICI Prudential Life Insurance v. M.G.Balasubramaniyan , reported in 2012(2) MWN (Civil) 745, and also the unreported judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in S.L.P.(C)Nos. 24228-24229 of 2012 decided on 06.08.2012 (Cicily Kallarackal v. Vehicle Factory ), and as such it is crystal clear that no revision would lie before this Court. It is for the Revision Petitioner to approach the State Commission by filing necessary appeal. 3. The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
