Judgment : 1. The plaintiffs filed the aforesaid three suits for recovery of sum of Rs.31,65,868.99, Rs.21,19,298.26 and Rs.28,05,539/-respectively and together with interest at 2% per month from the date of filing of the plaints till the date of realization and costs of the suits. 2. It is stated that the matter was settled out of Court as per memorandum understanding between the plaintiffs and the defendant dated 30.03.2011. In these circumstances, the plaintiffs have filed independent memos dated 30.01.2012, praying to dismiss the suits as settled out of Court and also has sought for refund of 50% of Court fee paid by the plaintiffs in the above suits. 3. The learned counsel for the defendant is present. He has also stated that the matter was settled out of Court. 4. In these circumstances, recording the memos, these civil suits are dismissed as settled out of Court and further a direction is issued for refund of half of the Court fee paid by the plaintiffs in the above suits. The memos shall form part and parcel of this judgment.
