TRIVEDI, J.—The present appeal has been filed by the appellants (original claimants) seeking enhancement of compensation awarded by the Addl. District Judge (Fast Track) No.2 and Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Karauli in Clam Case No. 11/2010, whereby the Tribunal has awarded the sum of Rs.25,000/- as compensation for the damage caused to the Tractor of the appellants. 2. It has been sought to be submitted by learned counsel Mr Abdul Rahim Khan for the appellants that the Tribunal has not taken into consideration the bills of Rs.56,641/- submitted by the appellants and has awarded Rs.25,000/- without any justification. According to him, the said amount deserves to be enhanced. 3. There is hardly any substance in the submissions made by learned counsel for the appellants, inasmuch as the Tribunal has observed that the there were major contradictions in the evidences of witnesses examined by the appellants with regard to the repairing work of Tractor carried out by the appellants. Though the appellants appear to have produced some bills of worth Rs.56.641/-, the said bills were not proved by examining the concerned witnesses who had carried out the repairing work. Under the circumstances, the Tribunal has awarded lumpsum amount of Rs.25,000/- which is just and proper and does not call for any interference of this Court. 4. In that view of the matter, the appeal being devoid of merits deserves to be dismissed and is accordingly dismissed.
