Judgment : Operative Order: (Davare, J.) For the reasons recorded separately in the judgment, the following order is passed :- 1. In the result, present appeal stands dismissed and the convictions recorded and sentences imposed on the accused stand confirmed. 2. Since Mr. Arfan Sait, was appointed to appear for the appellant/accused, his fees be paid to him as per the rules.
