ORDER Prakash Chandra Verma 1. In this writ petition as well as analogous LPA No.580 of 2008 intricate question of law was raised. Shri Kamal Nayan Choubey, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioners as well as Shri Lalit Kishore, learned Senior Advocate and Additional Advocate General No.1 argued the matter very effectively at length. Both the learned Senior Advocates during the course of arguments arrived at settlement that the question raised may be left for decision in any other appropriate case and this writ petition as well as L.P.A. may be decided providing for payment of amount as offered by respondent no.7, and conciliation so settled shall be on the principles contained in Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act. Shri Kamal Nayan Choubey, Senior Advocate, learned counsel for the petitioners further gave assurance on behalf of the petitioners to allow respondent no.7 to complete the construction peacefully. 2. Accordingly, the writ petition and L.P.A. are disposed of in terms of the settlement above.
