JUDGMENT Per Deepak Gupta, J. Mr. Vivek Thakur, learned Additional Advocate General, has placed before us a communication, addressed to him by the Director, Elementary Education, enclosing therewith a letter, dated 4th September, 2012, whereby the transfer of the petitioner, which is impugned in the present writ petition, has been cancelled. 2. In view of the subsequent developments, Mr. Rupinder Singh, Advocate, does not press the writ petition, which is accordingly dismissed, as not pressed. All the pending application(s), if any are also rejected.
