JUDGMENT Deepak Gupta, J. The grievance of the petitioner, who is a resident of Lahaul and Spiti, is that he may be transferred from Veterinary Dispensary, Salagran to some other Dispensary of his choice. He made two representations in this behalf on 5.3.2012 and 31.5.2012. His representations have not been decided. 2. It is not for this Court to order the transfer of the employees nor can we issue any such direction. It is for the administrate Department to see where a particular employee has to be transferred. However, since the petitioner has made representations, the same should have been decided by now. We, therefore, dispose of the writ petition with a direction that the aforesaid representations of the petitioner be decided, strictly in accordance with law, within four weeks of the receipt of a copy of this judgment. All the pending application(s), if any, are also disposed of.
