M. M. Kumar, CJ;— This is an application furnishing compliance report of order dated 03.09.2011. According to order dated 03.09.2011, the Hotel Management was directed to furnish a Bank guarantee to the value of Rs.2.00 Crores in favour of the Registrar Judicial of this Court to be valid initially for a period of one year. The bank guarantee was required to be renewed periodically to ensure and safeguard any future environmental hazards being caused in any manner whatsoever. The Bank guarantee was to be furnished by the applicant in CMP No. 1766/2011 which was duly done. According to the compliance report, the orders of the Court have been complied with by planting more than 40 trees. The affidavit has been filed by the Managing Director, Mr. Mushtaq Ahmad Ganai S/o Munshi Abdul Aziz R/o Soura undertaking that neither he nor any of the management or other personnel of the Company which owns the hotel Grand Mumtaz, Pahalgam would give scope for violation of the orders passed by this court on 24.12.2010 and 05.05.2011. Mr. Qadir, learned Advocate General has not raised any objection to the release/bank guarantee. 2. In view of the fact that there is a strict compliance with the direction issued by this court, we accept the prayer for release of the bank guarantee. The bank guarantee is released, but the applicant shall remain bound by the various directions issued by this Court. 3. The application stands disposed of.
