1. The Writ petition, with the consent of learned counsel for the parties is taken up for final disposal. 2. The petitioner is a Technical Education Institution, imparting education in Para Medical Science to the students of Jammu and Kashmir State. The Government vide order No. 133-HME of 2010 dated 26.02.2010 granted provisional No Objection Certificate (NOC) in favour of the petitioner-Institute to enable it to run FMPHW, MMPHW, Medical Assistant/Pharmacist with50 seats each and Laboratory Assistant and GNM Courses with 25 seats each. 3. Petitioner's grievance is that before the expiry of NOC, he approached the respondents for renewal of NOC, to run more courses and also to increase intake capacity of the Institution. Aggrieved with the failure of the respondents to accord consideration to the petitioner's case despite repeated representations, petitioner seek a direction to the respondents to consider renewal of NOC, grant of permission to run more courses and also increase in intake capacity. 4. This writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to accord consideration to petitioner's prayer for conducting inspection, renewal of NOC, run more courses and to increase in intake of existing course of the Institution having regard to the merits of his claim in accordance with rules occupying the field and lake a decision in the matter within as far as possible four weeks. The petitioner, if so advised, may handover copy of the petition and copies of its annexures to the respondents so as to facilitate early disposal of the matter.
