Order 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the Jharkhand State Electricity Board. 2. The petitioner has moved before this Court by way of the instant writ petition for seeking appropriate direction upon the respondents for the following reliefs:- (i) Group Saving Scheme (G.S.S.) amount Rs. 82,918/-with interest thereupon which has already sanctioned vide office order No. 22 dated 01.04.2010 by the office of the Respondent No. 3(Annexure-3). (ii) Leave encashment amount, which has been sanctioned vide office order No. 08 dated 20.02.2010 (Annexure-2). (iii) Gratuity. (iv) Tour allowance(T.A.) Bill amount Rs. 7,510. (v) Fixation of pension which has not been fixed till date after superannuation of the petitioner on 31.12.2009. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner had retired from service on 31.12.2009 from the post of Accountant while working in the office of Electric Supply Area, Dumka. It is the case of the petitioner that despite representation filed by him before the respondent for payment of entire retiral benefit amount as well as for fixation of pension etc., they have not paid the aforesaid retiral dues except GPF amount. Petitioner is a heart patient and in need of urgent money. 4. Respondents have filed their counter affidavit, in which they have stated in para-5 that payment of following dues has been made to the petitioner, which is as under:- Sl. Cheque No. 231509 07.05.2010 Encashment 5. Learned counsel for the respondents further stated that certain other payment on account of Traveling Allowance has also been made. However, the matter relating to the sanction of final pension and gratuity are being considered by the Accounts Departments, which would be paid shortly to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied, if liberty is granted to the petitioner to file representation before the competent authority raising his grievance. 7. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 3, the General Manager-cum-Chief Engineer Electric Supply Area, JSEB, Dumka containing all necessary facts and documents as required by the competent authority for redressal of his remaining grievance relating to the payment of final pension and gratuity within a period of three weeks. In case, such a representation is filed before the the respondent no. 3, the General Manager-cum-Chief Engineer Electric Supply Area, JSEB, Dumka, he would consider the same in accordance with law and pass a speaking and reasoned order within a period of six weeks thereafter, which should also be communicated to him. In case, the petitioner is found entitled to any of the dues legally admissible to him, the same should be paid within four weeks thereafter with statutory interest, if any. 8. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
