Order 1. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the Jharkhand State Electricity Board. 2. This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner for seeking appropriate direction upon the respondents for the following reliefs:- (i) Group Saving Scheme (G.S.S.) (ii) Gratuity. (iii) General Provident Fund (G.P.F.) amount with upto date statutory interest. (iv) Leave encashment. (v) Fixation of pension, which has not been fixed till date where as the petitioner was superannuated on 31.10.2009 and all other admissible amount for which the petitioner is legally entitled with interest of 18% within time fixed by this Hon'ble Court. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner had retired from service on 31.10.2009 from the post of Clerk-cum-Typist while working in the office of Electric Supply Sub-Division, Mihijam, District-Jamtara. It is further submitted that despite representation has been filed by the petitioner before the respondent, no post retiral dues has been paid to him and compelling him to move before this Court by the instant writ petition. 4. Respondents have filed their counter affidavit, in which they have stated that 90 % provisional pension has already been paid to the petitioner. However, they submitted that the final pension, gratuity and arrear accruable on the implementation of 6th Pay Revision are being processed for being paid shortly to the petitioner. The petitioner has also sought interest upon the GPF amount, which has already been paid to him. 5. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied, if liberty is granted to the petitioner to file representation before the competent authority for raising his grievance. 6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 3, the General Manager-cum-Chief Engineer Electric Supply Area, JSEB, Dumka containing all necessary facts and documents as required by the competent authority for redressal of his grievance relating to the payment of final pension, gratuity, arrears on account of implementation of 6th Pay Revision and certain unpaid interest over the GPF amount, within a period of three weeks. In case, such a representation is filed before the the respondent no. In case, such a representation is filed before the the respondent no. 3, the General Manager-cum-Chief Engineer Electric Supply Area, JSEB, Dumka, he would consider the same in accordance with law and pass a speaking and reasoned order within a period of six weeks thereafter, which should also be communicated to him. In case, the petitioner is found entitled to any of the dues legally admissible to him, the same should be paid within four weeks thereafter with statutory interest, if any. 7. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
