JUDGMENT Per Deepak Gupta, J. Mr. Rajesh Mandhotra, learned Deputy Advocate General, has placed on record a copy of order, dated 11th September, 2012, whereby the petitioner has been posted from G.S.S. SangnaSathan (Sirmour) to G.H.S. KodriMajri (Sirmour). 2. In view of this development, Mr. Vikas Rajput, states that he does not want to press the petition, which is accordingly disposed of, as not pressed.
