Judgment :- 1. Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the respondents 1 and 2 from effecting supplies of Petroleum and allied products to the Sakthi Murugan Traders, Solasiramani Town, Namakkal District, without the consent of the petitioner. 2. Petitioner is a dealer in petroleum products duly licensed by the respondents 1 and 2. This writ petition has been filed, consequent to some misunderstanding with the third respondent said to be admittedly a partner of the petitioner, for a mandamus to forebear the respondents 1 and 2 from effecting supplies of Petroleum and allied products to the third respondent, without the consent of the petitioner. 3. If the dispute is between the petitioner and the third respondent, it is for them to resolve before competent civil court and this court is not inclined to interfere with the personal disputes of the petitioner with the third respondent. There is no plea in the writ petition to establish that the respondents 1 and 2 are violating any provision of law. In such view of the matter, this writ petition is not maintainable and accordingly the same is dismissed. No costs.
