Judgment Deepak Gupta, J. 1. The petitioner, who is working as Constable in the H.P. Police Department, by means of this petition, has challenged his transfer from Bilaspur to 5th I.R.B.. 2. The petitioner has served for 11 years at Bilaspur, but his main grievance is that since he is suffering from an illness, he may not be transferred out of Bilaspur. What we find from the record is that the petitioner is advised to do light duty. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to ensure that if the petitioner is unable to do hard physical work, he shall be given light duty at the I.R.B., as is being given in Bilaspur. All pending application(s), if any, are also disposed of.
