ORDER 1. In view of the fact that this appeal puts to challenge the interim order, dated 30.11.2011, passed in CMA No. 401/2011, filed in WP (C) No. 420/2011, suspending the notifications, dated 30th May, 2011, 12th July, 2011, 3rd July, 2011, 9th July 2011, and 10th August, 2011, but the writ petition itself has been dismissed today by judgment and order passed therein, the interim order cannot survive and must be set aside. The appeal accordingly stands allowed. 2. No order as to costs. Appeal allowed
