JUDGMENT Surya Kant, J. 1. Short grievance of the petitioner is that though he has been ordered to be reinstated by Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Punjab vide order dated 6.3.2012 (Annexure P-5), respondent No.4 – Society has not given effect to the said order. 2. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after going through the record, it does appear that if the Society has not impugned the above mentioned order dated 6.3.2012 before any superior forum and/or it has decided not to challenge the same, in that event, the above said order has to be given effect and consequential benefits must follow. 3. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos.3 and 4 to take a conscious decision whether to allow the order dated 6.3.2012 passed by the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, to attain finality and to implement the same and grant consequential benefits to the petitioner. Needful be done within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4. Rule discharged.
