Judgment :- M.JAICHANDREN J., In view of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition and in view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned, the respondent is directed to release the goods in question, on the petitioner making the payment of Rs.1,17,773.06/-. However, it is made clear that the payment made by the petitioner would be subject to the final orders to be passed in the adjudication proceedings. The writ petition is ordered accordingly. No costs. Connected M.P.Nos.1 and 2 of 2012 are closed.
