Judgment :- 1. Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in the proceedings dated 7.1.2002 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as illegal and further direct the first respondent to provide continuous Employment to the petitioner. 2. This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of suspension pending contemplation of framing of charges. 3. In view of para 21 of the Larger Bench decision of this Court in K.Marappan - vs. Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Namakkal reported in (2006)4 MLJ 641 = 2006(4) CTC 689 =2006-4 L.W.495, petitioners should seek appropriate remedy under the Provisions of Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 as may be advised. The relief sought for under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is declined in view of the alternative remedy available under the Co-operative Societies Act, 1983. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
