JUDGMENT Per Deepak Gupta, J. The petitioner, Nek Singh, has been transferred to G.H.S. Badgran, Chamba, against vacant post since he has requested the respondent State that he be posted there. 2. In view of this fact, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and stands disposed of accordingly. However, we make it clear that the Head Master, G.H.S. Badgran, Chamba, shall not insist the petitioner for producing any relieving order from G.M.S. Parotha because the petitioner has never joined at Parotha and his relieving order from G.S.S.S. Ruhnukothi will be sufficient. All pending application(s), if any, are also disposed of.
