JUDGMENT : Thepetitioner has filed this petition alleging that in spite of orders passed bythis Court on 19-6-2012 in W.P. No. 7666/2012 the respondent/Deputy Registrar,Cooperative Societies, Bhopal, has passed an order dated 22-6-2012 proceedingfurther in the matter without complying with the directions issued in theorders dated 19-1-2011 and 14-2-2012 regarding supply of documents. Thelearned Govt. Advocate, appearing for the respondent/State was directed to seekinstructions. On instructions, he submits that in fact the intention of theauthority is to comply with the order passed by this Court though the orderdated 22-6-2012 was not happily worded. It is submitted that the petitionerwould be supplied the documents as ordered by the Deputy Registrar, CooperativeSocieties, Bhopal in his previous orders dated 19-1-2011 and 14-2-1012 beforeproceeding in the matter. Inview of the aforesaid, I find no need to pass any order in the petition whichstands disposed of accordingly.
