ORDER The present writ petition is filed in the form of P.I.L. by the Bihar State Committee of All India Lawyers’ Union represented by Mr. Birendra Nath Mishra, Advocate. 2. The main grievance of the petitioner is with regard to misappropriation of the amount as also the Bihar Bar Council has not taken any action against the report of the Sub-Committee constituted by Executive Committee on 05.09.2010 i.e. Annexure-1 with regard to misappropriation of amount in financial matters. 3. Even though the matter has been contested by making argument vehemently by the petitioner’s counsel, we are of the opinion that the petitioners can agitate their rights before the authorities concerned in accordance with law. 4. Accordingly the writ petition stands dismissed.
