JUDGMENT: 1. THE WP under art.226 is disposed of directing the State Transport Authority, West Bengal to extend the petitioner's provisional timetable (WP p.11) on the basis of the application (WP p.12) suitably within 48 hours from the moment this order is served and decide the question of permanent timetable giving all concerned reasonable opportunity of hearing,. No costs.
