Judgment :- 1. This Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to appoint petitioner's son V.Vasudevan as a helper (Trainee) in the North Madras Thermal Power Project in compliance with the directions given in G.O.Ms.No.656, Labour and Employment dated 29.6.1978 and Proceedings Permanent BP (FB) No.3, Administrative Branch dated 25.1.1990 of Tamilnadu Electricity Board, Madras. 2. Petitioner's counsel has sent a representation dated 4.9.2002 to the respondents seeking the relief sought for in this writ petition and the same has not been considered. Hence, this writ petition has been filed. 3. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 4.9.2002 on its own merits and in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of. This Writ Petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
