Judgment :- 1. The revision petitioner filed an affidavit of undertaking to vacate and hand over vacant possession of the tenanted premises on or before 13.3.2013. 2. The learned counsel for the respondent/ landlord submitted that time may be given up to 31.12.2012 and meanwhile the revision petitioner may be directed to pay the rent without fail. 3. Considering the nature of business conducted by the revision petitioner and undertaking given by the revision petitioner to vacate and hand over vacant possession on or before 31.3.2013, I am inclined to grant time to vacate and hand over vacant possession till 31.3.2013 subject to the condition that the revision petitioner shall pay the admitted rent regularly without any fail. If any default committed by the revision petitioner in the payment of rent in any month, it is open to the respondent/ landlord to execute the order of eviction ordered by the Courts below. 4. Hence the revisions are dismissed and the fair and decreetal orders of the Courts below are confirmed and time is granted to vacate and hand over vacant possession till 31.3.2013 subject to the condition of payment of rent without any fail. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
