Dharnidhar Jha & Ramesh Sinha, JJ.;- Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and also learned A.G.A. appearing for the State. Smt. Isha petitioner no. 1 and Sri Amit Vaish petitioner no. 2 who are identified by their counsel Sri Ravindra Kumar Gaur are present in the Court Room. They appear major as per the document and have solemnized marriage out of their own free will. Notice has been accepted on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3 by the learned A.G.A. Considering the age of the victim i.e. 20 years as is noted in the F.I.R., we are inclined to hear and finally dispose of the petition and as such we direct notice to be issued to the respondent no.4 at the given address. The requisite in that behalf be filed in the office of the Court by the end of the next week. Rule made returnable within two weeks. Notice to be issued through ordinary process of sending the same to the CJM, Allahabad for being served upon respondent no.4 through the concerned Officer Incharge of Kydganj police station. List this petition after two weeks before appropriate Bench. Till the next date of listing or till submission of the police report whichever is earlier, the arrest of the petitioners, namely, Smt. Isha, Amit Vaish, Madan Vaish, Smt. Usha Vaish, Ramesh Vaish and Anil Vaish, who are involved in Case Crime No. 108 of 2012 shall remain stayed subject to the restraint that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and shall appear as and when called upon to assist in the investigation.
