JUDGMENT 1. The Learned Counsel for the Appellant/1st Defendant informs this Court that he has been instructed to withdraw the Appeal and accordingly, he has made an endorsement that the Appeal may be dismissed as not pressed. 2. In view of the aforesaid submission and endorsement so made, the Second Appeal is dismissed as not pressed. No costs.
