ORDER : Summary of the Minutes of the meeting held between the representatives and the various functionaries of the Government have been placed on record. Learned counsel appearing for the respective parties state that there has been progressive discussion in relation to the various issues involved in the present writ petition. Considerable path on such issues, including protection to the passers-by or informers of the road accidents as well as the emergency aid to be provided to the victims in the cases of road accidents, have been covered in these deliberations. They pray for further time. 2. While appreciating the efforts put in by all concerned, we grant four weeks' time as a matter of last opportunity. 3. Stand over for four weeks.
