Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that in view of the letter No.AA1/30439/08 dated 14.02.2012 placed on record by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, he does not press this writ petition. 2. In view of the stand taken by the respondents, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
