Judgment :- M.JAICHANDREN,J At this stage of hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent had submitted that the quarrying activities carried on by the petitioner is not being interfered with, by the respondents. He had also submitted that the despatch slips would be issued, as prayed for by the petitioner. In view of the said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, as no further orders are necessary, this writ petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
