Judgment Rajiv Sharma, J. Petitioner was promoted to the post of Head Mistress and was transferred/posted in Government High School, Balera on 24.2.2009. Petitioner has been transferred vide office order dated 6.8.2012 from Government High School, Balera to Government High School, Alsendi. She has completed her normal tenure as Headmistress in Government High School, Balera. 2. Transfer is an incidence of service. Scope of scope of judicial review in transfer matters is very limited. The Court can intervene only when the transfer has been made in infraction of any statutory rule or the same is actuated with mala fides. Since the petitioner has already completed her normal tenure in Government High School, Balera, this court will not substitute its judgment for the wisdom of the department while taking administrative decision. 3. Accordingly, we see no merit in the petition and the same is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. No costs.
