Judgment V.K. Ahuja, J. The petitioner has filed the present petition claiming the following relief:- “7(i) To direct the respondents to remove the anomaly in the pay of the applicant by stepping up his pay and bring it at par with that of his junior Shri M.L. Gupta and to pay differential arrears of pay in consequence thereof with interest @ 12% per annum.” 2. The petitioner was working as Assistant Engineer and has claimed the above relief. 3. Notice of the petition was issued to the respondents, who filed reply. 4. A perusal of the record shows that the petitioner has annexed A-3, a representation dated 5.9.2005, made to the Secretary, H.P.S.E.B. The said representation was never decided by the concerned Secretary and the petitioner filed the present writ petition. 5. The representation is to be decided by the Secretary, who shall consider the facts of the case. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with the direction that respondent No. 1 shall decide the representation Annexure A-3 within a period of three months from the date, a copy of the representation and certified copy of the order passed by this Court is produced before him by the petitioner. The said representation shall be filed before respondent No. 1 within a period of 15 days and the same shall be decided by respondent No. 1 within three months from the date of receipt of the copy of the representation. 6. In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of, so also the pending miscellaneous application, if any.
