JUDGMENT : G.S. Singhvi And Sudhansu Jyoti Mukhopadhaya, JJ. - Taken on Board. 2. We have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. In our view, the reasons assigned by the High Court for declining to entertain the petitioner's prayer for setting aside the order of the trial Court and the revisional Court do not suffer from any legal infirmity. 4. The special leave petition is accordingly dismissed. 5. However, the petitioner is allowed time till 30.06.2013 to vacate the suit premises and handover possession thereof to respondent nos. 1 and 2. This would be subject to his filing usual undertaking in this Court within a period of four weeks from today. 6. During the intervening period, the petitioner shall not induct any other person in the suit premises in any capacity whatsoever. 7. If the petitioner fails to abide by the terms of the undertaking or the condition specified hereinabove, then he shall make himself liable to be punished under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
