The present writ petition is filed with the following prayer: “(a) That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus to respondents No. 1 and 2 directing them to pass orders on the representation made by the school management for taking over the services of its employees (Petitioner’s).” 2. There shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to take a final decision on Annexures P-2 to P-6, the representations filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law after the production of a certified copy of this judgment along with the copy of this writ petition by the petitioner to be produced before the 2nd respondent.
