JUDGMENT Mr. ram chand gupta, J.: (Oral) - This order will dispose of all the afore-mentioned applications for regular bail filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in FIR No.1114 dated 12.09.2011 under Sections 399, 402 of Indian Penal Code and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Panipat City, District Panipat. 2. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and gone through the record. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the petitioners that they have been continuing in custody since 12.09.2011 and their case is similar to co-accused Vikas who was already granted bail by this Court vide order dated 20.04.2012. 4. Learned counsel for the State has not disputed these facts. 5. There are no allegations on behalf of the State that petitioners are likely to abscond or that they are likely to dissuade the witnesses from deposing true facts in the Court, if released on bail. 6. Hence, keeping in view these facts and without expressing any opinion on merits, all the afore-mentioned applications for regular bail filed on behalf of petitioners Rahul, Arun and Kallu @ Raj Kishan are allowed. 7. Bail to the satisfaction of CJM/Duty Magistrate, Panipat. ---------0.B.S.0------------
