JUDGMENT Mr. Ram Chand Gupta, J.: (Oral) - This order will dispose of all the afore-mentioned applications for regular bail filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in FIR No.374 dated 10.09.2011 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Ambala City. 2. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and gone through the record. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the petitioner Jal Singh that he is not concerned in any way with the alleged sale deed and he is not signatory to the afore-said sale deed nor beneficiary of the transaction and that he has been continuing in custody since 25.02.2012. Further contends that investigation already completed, challan presented and that trial is not likely to be concluded in near future. 4. It has been contended by learned counsel for petitioneraccused Amar Singh alias Amarjet Singh alias Babu that he is also not concern with the afore-said sale deed and he is not signatory to the same. Further contends that he was in possession of the land in dispute as tenant and that he had received some payment in lieu of compensation of standing crop and that he has been continuing in custody since 14.03.2012. 5. It has been contended by learned counsel for petitioneraccused Mukesh Kumar that he had signed the sale deed as he identified the vendee Vijay Kumar and that however, vendor was not known to him. He further contended that Bulla Numberdar who identified the alleged impersonator, has already been granted bail by learned trial court. It is also contended that alleged impersonator Poonam Devi has also been granted bail. 6. Learned counsel for the State has not disputed these facts. 7. There are no allegations on behalf of the State that petitioners are likely to abscond or that they are likely to dissuade the witnesses from deposing true facts in the Court, if released on bail. 8. Hence, keeping in view these facts and without expressing any opinion on merits, all the afore-mentioned applications for regular bail filed on behalf of petitioners Mukesh Kumar, Jal Singh and Amar Singh alias are allowed. 9. Bail to the satisfaction of trial Court at Ambala. ---------0.B.S.0------------
