Judgment Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petitions are filed with the identical prayers, on set of such prayers is as follows: “That the respondents may be directed to pay the petitioner statutory bonus at the rate of 8.33% of his annual wages from the dates of his initial engagement on daily wage basis till his service was regularized with 12% interest thereon.” 2. According to the petitioners, the issue is covered by the judgment of this court, dated 4.8.2010, passed in LPA No. 92 of 2009. There will be a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action in the matter in light of judgment referred to above, in case the petitioners are also similarly situated, within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the writ petition and a copy of the judgment referred to above by the petitioner concerned. 3. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petitions stand disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
