Judgment Rajiv Sharma, J. The present petition is disposed of in view of the reply filed by respondents No. 1, 2, 5 and 6. According to the averments contained in the reply without closing the path, road and Kuhal, the space can be created by cutting bushes which can be used by the children for playing games. Consequently, the respondents are directed to get the bushes removed and provide this space to be used by the children, as play ground, within a period of three months from today.
