Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of these Writ Petitions, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent had placed before this Court, a communication issued by the Regional Transport Officer, Perambalur, in R.No.24686/A4/2011, dated 17.02.2012, stating that the order of the first respondent, dated 14.11.2011, has been implemented. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had not refuted the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent. 4. In such circumstances, since, no further orders are necessary, these Writ Petitions stands closed. No costs.
