JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, Judge: Case of the petitioner, in a nut-shell, is that though he has been appointed as Blacksmith in 1994, but has not been regularized as Blacksmith after completion of 8 years continuous service. It has come in the reply filed by the respondents that the petitioner was offered a temporary post of Blacksmith in regular cadre vide office order, dated 26.08.2006, after completion of eight years continuous service as on 31.03.2004, on the availability of post. 2.Consequently, the present petition is rendered infructuous and the same is dismissed as infructuous, so also the pending application(s), if any. No costs.
