Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if the petitioner is permitted to file fresh objections to the impugned intimation slip issued by the first respondent, dated 2.1.2009 and if the first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a specified period. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court. 4. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to file objections to the intimation slip, dated 2.1.2009, before the first respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such objections being filed, the first respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of four weeks thereafter. Till final orders are passed by the first respondent, as directed by this Court, the respondents shall not initiate any action against the petitioner to collect the amount mentioned in the impugned intimation slip, dated 2.1.2009. The writ petition is ordered accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
