ORDER 1. Having heard learned counsel and gone through this transfer petition filed by the petitioner-wife under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it fit and proper to transfer H.M.A. Petition No. 588 of 2011 titled Hemant Kumar versus Manju Devi pending before the Family Court Judge Saket, New Delhi to the Civil Court at District Darbhanga (Bihar). 2. We order accordingly. 3. Within a fortnight of communication of copy of this order, the Family Court Judge Saket, New Delhi shall transmit the record to the Civil Court at District Darbhanga (Bihar) where the matter itself shall be decided within a period of nine months, without granting undue adjournment to either of the parties. 4. The transfer petition is allowed in the above terms with a direction to the Registry to immediately transmit copy of this order to both the Courts.
