ORDER In this petition filed under Article 129 of the Constitution read with Order XLVII of the Supreme Court Rules, 1966 and Rule-3 (C) of the Rules to regulate proceedings for contempt of the Supreme Court, 1975, the petitioner has prayed for punishing the respondents for violating order dated 1.10.2001 passed in SLP (C)No.16383/2001. Today, we have dismissed the appeal (Civil Appeal NO.3501/2003 arising out of SLP (C) No.16383/2001). Therefore, the Contempt Petition is also dismissed.
